Helping others is at the heart of the ARK project. Visitors of the ARK homepage can search and login to their church website and view the needs of their members. Those wishing to fulfill a need will click on the "Click Here to Help” link, where they will be asked to identify themselves and offer a brief description of how they can help. This information will be sent to the church leader or administrator, who in turn assigns the skill to the need. All personal information remains private and confidential.

The potential list of needs will be as varied as it is limitless. Some members may require help with simple daily tasks, such as taking out the garbage or tending to household chores. Others may need assistance in larger scale projects that require more time and effort. It's ultimately up to church members to determine how they can help.
